Travel Cost Information:

At True Lens Art we are committed to providing our photography services to clients within a 50-mile radius from CW2. For locations falling within this range, travel expenses are included as part of our service. However, for weddings or events located beyond the 50-mile radius from CW2, we want to ensure that we are fully prepared to capture your special moments. In such cases, an overnight stay is necessary to guarantee that our team is well-rested and ready to provide you with the highest level of service. As a result, additional charges for hotel accommodation and petrol may apply for venues located beyond the initial 100-mile radius. We value transparency and will discuss these charges with you during the booking process to ensure complete clarity and provide a seamless experience. Our primary goal is to make your photography experience as stress-free as possible, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any questions or require further clarification on travel costs, please feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you. After Booking Us

Congratulations on choosing us as your wedding photographer! We're thrilled to be a part of your special day. To ensure everything goes smoothly, here's a breakdown of what to expect after booking our services and signing the contract:

Pre-Wedding Photoshoot (2-3 Months Before the Wedding): If you've scheduled a pre-wedding photoshoot with us, we'll work together to select a date that's convenient for you. We'll also send you detailed instructions on how to prepare for this fun and memorable session.

Questionnaire Form (1 Month Before the Wedding): Approximately one month before your wedding, we'll send you a comprehensive questionnaire. This will help us understand all the essential details about your wedding, such as locations, timings, and any specific shots you desire.

Final Payment Invoice (1 Month Before the Wedding): We'll send an invoice for the remaining payment approximately a month before the wedding. This allows you to complete the financial aspect well in advance.

Pre-Wedding Video Call (2-3 Weeks Before the Wedding): A few weeks before your big day, we'll schedule a video call to discuss all the details. We'll offer advice and guidance on what to do and what not to do during your wedding day, ensuring you're well-prepared.

Personalized Wedding Timeline (1-2 Weeks Before the Wedding): In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we'll provide you with a personalized, coordinated wedding timeline. This document will outline the schedule for all the shoots happening on your big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

We arrive an hour before the bridal/groom preparations to scout the location and identify unique photo spots.
We'll capture shots of all the wedding details you've prepared, following a list we'll provide.

Prior to the ceremony, we'll photograph the ceremony room decor and all your guests arriving.
During the ceremony, we'll be strategically positioned to capture all angles.
After the ceremony, we'll photograph confetti moments and proceed with group shots.
Our favorite part after group shots: capturing stunning portrait shots of the newlyweds.
We'll document the wedding breakfast room decor and in the meantime candid shots of guests enjoying their drinks during the coctail hour.
Room reveal shots for the couple are a delightful addition.
We'll capture speeches and during the wedding breakfast, we will have a short break.
Post-wedding breakfast, we'll guide the couple for an intimate photoshoot, often during sunset.
The cake cutting and first dance will be beautifully documented from different angles.
We'll continue with candid shots of guests enjoying the party.
If you have planned evening entertainment like sparklers or fireworks, we're here to capture those moments too.

After the Wedding Day: Within 7 days after your wedding, you'll receive up to 50 wedding highlights. These can be shared with friends and family to relive the magical moments.

We typically start an hour before the preparation and continue until one hour after the first dance. However, if you have evening entertainment, we can stay longer to capture those moments as well.

Having photographers and videographers for the whole wedding day is like having memory keepers from the early morning coffee sips to the late-night dance moves. They document not just the ceremony and reception but also the candid moments during preparation – the nervous giggles, the last-minute details, and the excitement in the air. Including the entire day in their lens ensures your wedding album tells a complete and authentic story, capturing the beauty of every moment, big or small.

7. Do we need a second shooter?

While one shooter is capable of capturing everything on a wedding day, having a second shooter provides several advantages. It allows for simultaneous coverage of different angles and moments, ensuring a more comprehensive collection of memories. This dynamic duo can divide tasks, with one focusing on the couple and essential events, while the other captures candid reactions, guest interactions, and alternative perspectives. Our adventure with photography began 7 years ago while we were traveling around the World. Since then, we've had the privilege of capturing countless beautiful moments, and our experience and passion for photography have grown over the years, making us well-equipped to document your special day.
